Good design requires craftsmanship. The true success of this project came from calling on the masters of a time gone by. The arts and crafts movement, and here in North America the American Craftsman movement, was a rebellion from the opulence of the Victorian design Era. It brought a sense of elegance through simplicity of line and wood as displayed in the next project.
